In its sixth year and happening during winter and spring break, this school vacation week program is a multi-organization endeavor with Capital Repertory Company and Albany Center Galleries as ESDC’s partners. ARTBreak immerses children ages 8-14, in four artistic forms: music, dance, visual arts and theatre. Each day is packed with creative expressions and experiences as children spend one hour with each discipline, taking breaks for group activities, performance, snacks and lunch. Small class sizes allow instructors to create a lively and safe environment and to work closely with each child. ARTBreak hosts an open class and exhibition on each final program day.
